Our story
A land firm that grew up in the field.
ABC Land started with a single agent, a plat book, and a stack of courthouse records. We grew by doing the unglamorous parts of a project well: the title that had to be clean, the landowner who had to be treated straight, the map that had to be right.
Today we are a regional team of agents, title analysts, and mappers, but the approach has not changed. Every project is still handled by people who answer the phone, know the counties, and stand behind their work.
